Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paiol 1978 purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
• Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Not be a final sale or promotional item

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@paiol1978.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization.

Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Paiol 1978 is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@paiol1978.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
